LIFE INSURANCE equal to one times annual salary (up to $50,000), LONG TERM DISABILITY AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT is provided at no cost to all full time employees.
OPTIONAL EMPLOYEE AND DEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE is also available through the Hartford.
THE 401k SAVINGS PLAN is available for part-time and full-time employees. Employees may defer from 1-25% of annual salary to the plan. The Bank begins matching 401k contributions dollar for dollar on up to 3% of annual salary on the January 1st or July 1st entry date following one year of continuous employment.
Texas United Bancshares stock (TXUI) is given to all full and part-time employees following completion of one year of continuous employment. This is part of the retirement plan.
PAID TIME OFF (PTO) LEAVE to be used for illness, vacation, funeral leave or personal business is awarded after the first year of employment in pro-rated amounts of 22-32 days per year dependent upon years of service and employment status.
