GONZALES – Jeffery Alan Moore has joined State Bank as a Registered Investment Representative, President and Chief Executive Officer Don Stricklin announced today. Mr. Moore will be working with State Bank customers in Gonzales, New Braunfels and Pleasanton on financial planning issues such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities and insurance.

Born in Abingdon, VA., Moore was raised in Charlotte, N.C. and graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aeronautics. He spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 2001 with the rank of Master Sergeant. Prior to joining State Bank and moving to Texas, Moore spent two years with Edward Jones as an investment representative in Wyoming.

Moore and his wife, Marcy, who will make their home in Schertz, have three children: Gage, Zachary and Reese.
