Todd Jones Named Senior Commercial Lender at State Bank

AUSTIN – Todd C. Jones has joined State Bank in Austin as Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender effective immediately, according to Don Stricklin, President and Chief Executive Officer.

A 1981 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance, Mr. Jones later attended the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.  A native of Pecos, Texas, who grew up in Plainview, Texas, he has extensive industry experience having held positions of increasing responsibility at First American Bank, SSB (Austin); Norwest Bank, formerly Franklin Federal, (Austin); Comerica Bank, formerly Hibernia National (Austin) and Team Bank, formerly Texas American Bank, (Austin).

A committed supporter of the community, Mr. Jones volunteers for the Boy Scouts, Junior Achievement and Meals on Wheels.  He is a member of Ducks Unlimited and a life member of the Texas Exes Association.  Jones and his wife, Brenda, have one daughter, Nicole.
